More Than Just a Bike Ride

The Bike-a-Thon gives children the opportunity to build confidence, develop their gross motor skills, coordination and balance, and learn about road safety all while having fun with their friends.

Most importantly, children experience the joy of belonging and being part of their community. They learn that even their little efforts can make a big difference when everyone works together.

There is nothing quite like seeing a little rider proudly crossing the finish line to a big cheer!

A Community Effort

Our Bike-a-Thon is made possible by the incredible support of our families, local businesses, community organisations, volunteers and the wider Gatton community.

From fundraising and sponsorships to donations, volunteering and cheering from the sidelines, every little bit of support helps make this special day possible.

It is a wonderful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together with one shared goal — supporting local children and their kindergarten.

Helping Our Kindy Grow

As a community-based, not-for-profit kindergarten, the money raised through our Bike-a-Thon goes straight back into Gatton Kindergarten.

Funds raised help us provide wonderful learning experiences, enhance our learning environments, purchase educational resources and equipment, and continue developing our kindergarten for the children who attend today and those who will walk through our doors in the future.

Every lap, every fundraiser, every donation and every cheer helps make a difference.
